There’s a new multi-million dollar agri-tourism project underway on the edge of Byron, The Farm Byron Bay, is expected to open it’s doors early this year.

The Farm at Byron Bay will be a place where visitors can enjoy a unique experience. See how the organic produce is grown, how the award winning products are hand made and then enjoy a true paddock to plate menu in the onsite cafe!

Right now The Farm at Byron Bay is still under development; tending fruit, vege and garlic crops, building sheds and housing the Scottish Highland Cattle, 600+ free range chickens, and a handful of pigs and other animals.

Once open you’ll be able to partake in a hands on experience and enjoy the following:

The Farm Shop
Selling fresh produce direct from the farm’s own crops and local farming community. Byron Bay Cheese Co, Byron Bay Garlic Co and Byron Bay Butter co products will be available as well as local artisan condiments, meats and poultry, gourmet deli foods, healthy treats, gifts, and more!

The Three Blue Ducks – Restaurants and Cafe
Well known for their paddock to plate philosophy, The Three Blue Ducks are opening their newest restaurant here. Darren Robertson, Mark Babrooy, Jeff Bennet, Sam Reid and Chris Sorrel are passionate in sourcing the freshest local ingredients to deliver to your plate.

The Bread Social
The restaurant will also house the artisan wholesale bake house ‘The Bread Social’. Sam Saulwick and Pual Giddings who are well known for their speciality organic sourdough and delicious croissants will head this department.

The Farm at Byron Bay will also provide event spaces, workshops and plans are in the mix for a petting zoo, school holiday programs, yoga and meditation classes and farm tours! For more information please visit The Farm at Byron Bay website.
