Ginger Pig is a joint venture between two school friends who have come together to deliver a relaxed and informal quality dining experience in Byron. Focusing on quality food that is seasonal and carfefully sourced, along with organic and bio-dynamic wines, creative cocktails and using recycled furnishings and fittings to reduce their footprint on the world.

 Open 9am to late Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 5pm on Sundays, Ginger Pig, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have tried to source as many products from the local Byron Shire region as possible including; Yarra Valley Farm, Addley Clark Fine Wine, Stone & Wood, Jordans of Mullumbimby (bread), Blue Bay Gourmet, Trevor Mead Butchers, Bay Seafood, Ground Control Coffee and more.
