Every Friday at 7.30am they hold Yoga with a difference- on the boards! This class combines paddling with yoga postures for strengthening of the body and the mind. Both yoga and stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, flexibility, coordination, endurance, strength and neuromuscular re-education. Also a great way to improve your surfing!
The Beginners Packs are the best way to start and ideal for people wanting to learn the basics of all aspects of SUP. These include 1 Group Lesson, 1 Private Flatwater Lesson and 1 Private Surf/Ocean lesson and are priced at $240. For those who are more experienced they offer a Byron Marine Park River Tour and a Uki Hinterland Tour.
