The Byron Bay Tango Festival 2018 is set to arrive in town lead by the charming and dynamic Neri Piliu and Yanina Quinoñes as they take the master-classes to a whole new level. The pair have been dancing together since 2006 and have a respectable collection of accaloades as performers, teachers and choreographers and are highly sought after across Europe, Russia, Asia and Argentina.
Mendozo Tago Quartet are set to be the musical highlight where dancers and musicians come together to create magic moments on stage. There will also be exciting performances by local talent and guest DJ Alex Nodelman.
Byron Bay resident and Tango champion Jan Rae combines her two passions of art and tango and will be performing a tango and art fusion piece that includes audeince participation.
The festival is for intermediate to experienced tango dancers and couples wishing to further their skills in a master-class not to be missed.
