Experience the true Byron Bay when you go market shopping! The region is famous for offering locals and visitors some of the best markets on the East Coast with a full range from farm-direct produce markets to Artisan craft markets where there’s always delicious foods to be had.
Talk to the growers of your organic greens, buy eggs and meats fresh straight from the farm, select fruits that have just been harvested and stock up on honey, local macadamia nuts and pecans, rice, cheeses, bread, homemade chutneys and jams. That’s not all, once your shopping is done, grab a bite to eat and a hot coffee made from locally grown beans.
Byron Bay Butler St Reserve, every Thursday 8am-11am
This is a roving market moving between Byron Bay, The Channon and Bangalow. Stalls holders vary from local artists to those selling colourful imports from Africa and Asia. You will find clothing, ceramics, wood works, chopping boards, hats, children’s toys, jewellery and so much more.
You may even like to have a massage, a reflexology session or just grab a drink or snack and enjoy the live music.
Plus there's plenty for the kids including pony rides, jumping castle rides and special school holiday programs.
1st Sunday of the month, Butler St Reserve
