Did someone say ‘cookie’?!
These locally produced cookies have become an international success with their decadent range offering gluten free options, and gourmet flavours such as the ‘Chai Latte’.
Before reaching international stardom the local cookie producers started off from humble beginnings baking on an old farmhouse stove in the hills of Byron Bay. Today hundreds of thousands of cookies are baked weekly and the company now provides to cafes, gourmet delis and major departments stores. Last year they celebrated their 10 year milestone of being a supplier to Qantas.
Byron Bay is a region famous for its fresh produce and one of the original cookie flavours ‘White Choc Chunk & Macadamia Nut’ is still one of the most popular flavours sold today.
During your Byron Bay holiday why not stop by the Byron Bay Cookies Retail Store. They stock a wide range of retail priced cookies and also offer discounted factory seconds.
The shop is located at 3, 4 Jonson Street, Byron Bay. Just a short walk from your centrally located Byron Bay accommodation staying at Byron Quarter Holiday Apartments.
