The Pass is one of the most popular surf spots on the north coast. The pass is a gap between Fisherman’s Lookout and the headland. Fisherman’s Lookout is a wooden platform that is great for checking out the surf as well as the fish. If surfing at The Pass, do keep a lookout for boats, as it is also where the dive boats launch from.
The Pass Café is a big hit with locals and holiday-makers alike. Situated just a short stroll from the beach it’s the perfect place to stop in for a morning coffee or bite to eat after a few hours at the beach.
Serving breakfast each day from 7am until 11:30 and Lunch from Midday until 2:30pm. For breakfast you can go all out with The Pass Big Breakfast or try a lighter option such as the Brookfarm Macadamia Muesli. The Lunch menu offers a range of delicious toasties, salads, burgers, mains and more. They even have a ‘Grommets’ menu for the kids.
